The operator of obd2lab.com and the OBD2 Log Viewer & Diagnostic browser application is Jordanics Ferenc, a sole trader in Hungary. Registered address: Hunyadvár utca 95., 1165 Budapest, Hungary.

By using the service you agree to these terms.
2. Service description
Browser-based vehicle log viewing and diagnostic recommendations.
3. Diagnostic disclaimer
Output is informational only and not a substitute for professional inspection.
4. Local-first data handling
You are responsible for log files you open on your device.
5. Accounts, licences and billing
Paid tiers and refund rules will be shown before purchase.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns for purchases processed through Paddle.
Unless a longer period is required by mandatory consumer law, you may request a refund within 30 days of the payment date for a paid purchase by emailing support@obd2lab.com or calling +36 30 261 5378, or through Paddle buyer support for orders processed by Paddle. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; access usually continues until the end of the current paid period. The 14-day Free trial is separate from this paid-purchase refund window.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse or unlawfully use the service.
7. Intellectual property
We retain rights in the software; you retain rights in your log files.
8. Availability and changes
The service may change or be discontinued.
9. Limitation of liability
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Courts of Budapest, Hungary, have jurisdiction where permitted by law.
