3. Vehicle log files — local processing

Log files are analyzed locally in your browser.

Voluntary format samples (support)

Separately from app analysis, you may voluntarily send a small sample log via the website form or email so we can improve format support. That sample is delivered to our support inbox only—it is not stored in a product database or used for automated analysis. We review samples manually and delete them from the mailbox when no longer needed. Do not include sensitive vehicle data unless necessary.

4. What we do not collect

We do not collect, store or sell the content of your vehicle log files as part of app analysis. We only receive log content if you voluntarily send a sample via the website form or email for format support—and even then you should avoid sending sensitive data unless necessary. Those samples stay in the support mailbox and are not written to a product database.

5. Website and account data

Technical and account data may be processed when you use the site or purchase a licence.

6. Legal basis (GDPR)

Processing bases include contract, legitimate interest and consent where required.

7. Cookies and local storage

Essential cookies or local storage may be used for language and theme preferences.
